Viewing a session
Open the viewer
Your own recording: press View on Web on the phone’s upload screen. That is the quickest route and needs nothing typed. The link looks like this:
https://app.yanl.net/i/REFERENCE#t=ACCESS_CODE
The part after the # is what opens the session. Keep the link to yourself: it carries your
access code, so it shows the session in full to anyone who has it. To send a session to
someone else, use Share instead.
A session someone shared with you: open the link they sent. If you see “This session is private”, the link is missing its access part, so ask them to press Share and send the link that produces. See Sharing a session.
Saved to your account: sign in at app.yanl.net and pick it from your sessions.
With a reference and access code: if you have the upload receipt from the app, go to app.yanl.net and enter the Reference and access code.
Replay viewer
The replay shell shows your session on a timeline:
- Health strip: the verdict pill and per-radio dots for the moment under the cursor, graded with the same thresholds as the app (how grading works)
- Scrub the timeline to move through metric snapshots; coloured markers show events (amber warnings, red errors, blue notes)
- Issues and notes: every warning, error, and note in session order; click a row to jump the replay to that moment
- Workspaces tabs match the Android app (Overview, Network, Wi‑Fi, Traffic, etc.)
- Tiles show charts with threshold zones, gauges, status lists, and maps
Compare (early)
Group uploads by label (e.g. Wi‑Fi vs 5G) to overlay the same metric across runs. Compare is still being finished. It needs a signed-in account with access to those uploads, and may not be visible in your build yet.
Still processing?
If you uploaded recently, parsing may take a moment. Refresh the page; session and metric counts appear when ready.
