Pricing & limits

Early access. The tiers below are live, but the service is currently invite-only and Pro is free during the trial period. Numbers may be tuned as the beta progresses; your account page always shows your real limits.

YANL is free to start: anonymous uploads need no account, and there’s a free plan when you sign in.

Anonymous (no account)

  • Upload from Android and view on the web with Reference + access code
  • 7 days retention, then the upload is deleted automatically
  • No saved sessions list

You never need an account to run a basic test.

Standard (free account)

After signing in on app.yanl.net  and choosing the free plan:

  • Save sessions to your account. Saving applies your plan’s retention automatically, anchored to the upload time
  • 30 days retention per saved session
  • Sessions list with search (place, name, cell ID, BSSID, event type)
  • Projects to group sessions, including one-tap group by day
  • CSV and JSON export, and shareable session/clip links
  • 10 MB saved storage, 5 projects

Pro

  • 1 year retention per saved session
  • Excel export alongside CSV/JSON
  • 1 GB saved storage, 50 projects, higher per-project limits
  • Priced at £29/month, and free during the trial period

Planned for Pro (TBD)

On the roadmap, not part of any plan yet. Pricing, limits and tiers will be confirmed when each one ships:

  • Hosted speed-test service: run iPerf3 tests against YANL-operated servers without setting up your own. Sign-in required, with a monthly data allowance that steps up on Pro.
  • Alerts and fleet views: watch several devices and be alerted when a network degrades, instead of reading each session by hand.
  • Team access: give colleagues full-precision access to your sessions and projects under one plan.

Expiry and renewing

Every saved session shows its own expiry date. When a saved session expires it stays in your list for a 14-day grace period, greyed out, with a Renew to restore button. Renewing restarts the clock from now at your current plan’s retention. Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately for new saves and renewals.

Questions?

Your exact caps (storage, projects, uploads) are always shown under Plan & settings when signed in. During early access, limits may differ for friendly-user trials. When in doubt, check the account page.
