Troubleshooting

Upload (Android)

No connection. Check network and try again.

The phone couldn’t reach the upload API. Check mobile data or Wi‑Fi and retry.

File too large. Maximum size is 50 MB.

Shorten the capture session or split into multiple uploads.

The log file format may be corrupted or invalid.

Re-run the capture. If it persists, report the issue to your trial contact with the Reference if you have one.

Server error. Try again in a moment.

Temporary server issue — wait a minute and retry.

Web viewer

Invalid Reference or access code

  • Check you’re using the exact Reference from the upload screen
  • Access codes are case-sensitive
  • Anonymous uploads expire after 8 hours — the Reference may no longer exist

Still processing

Large uploads need a few seconds to parse. Refresh the page.

Can’t sign in

Ensure you’re on app.yanl.net . Clerk may take a moment after DNS changes during cutover.

Metrics look wrong

  • Threshold colours (Good / Marginal / Poor) match the Android app — see Metrics reference
  • Some tiles show status lists (SSID, cell PCI) rather than a single number
  • GPS map requires location permission during capture
